Let there be Light, He said
And there was.
Is that a mistake, He thinks
Maybe not just yet

Maybe soon He'll know.

Let there be Peace, He says
But nobody listens
Do you Want something, He asks
And everybody is all ears.

Have I gone wrong somewhere, He questions
And everybody has a complaint
Where is the human spirit, He asks
But nobody has an answer.

Are you happy with life, He asks
And there is a unified answer.
What will make you happy, He asks
..... that nobody knows.

When all is done
And the world has moved on
He is going to ask me
What I've Done.
If I haven't found My Purpose by then
My life would've been such a waste
So answer, Just this One question, GOD.
